Director Of Sales (Office Based In Quangnam)

Communicate and collaborate with other internal departments to improve customer service quality
Establish a financial and strategic yearly sales plan for the department, revise it according to market conditions, and supervise the execution of plans through events, promotions, etc.
Ensure that promotional activities and customer sales activities are in accordance with the company&039;s brand values and guidelines, providing overall guidance and supervision of the activities of the entire sales organization
Oversees all sales organizations with overall responsibility for establishing and implementing strategies to meet or exceed the hotel&039;s sales revenue targets. To do this, identify and forecast the latest market trends, establish accurate sales plans, and identify potential business opportunities. Supervises recruitment, guidance, management and upbringing of sales personnel.
Provide feedback, motivate and act as a role model to educate/ foster the workforce within the department
Attended daily sales meetings, sales strategy meetings, pre-conference planning meetings, and other sales-related meetings such as training
Analyzes the trends of competitors and advanced companies&039; sales strategies, products and services, customers and markets, and links them to strategies for promotional product planning
Supports sales activities by actively participating in trade shows, community activities, and peer sales representatives

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree in Business Administration(Required); Masters degree or MBA (Marketing) preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 3 years of department manager experience - requires budgeting, revenue management (Revenue Management) and workforce management experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (working on a similar scale global chain hotel)
