Director of Structural/finishing/mepf/hse Technical Management

- Responsible for structural/finishing/MEPF/HSE technical management at all stages such as planning, design, specification, drawing, construction, finishing and putting to use ...... ensuring the project construction on schedule, quality, safety, compliance with regulations and standards of the company and the State at Projects
- Coordinate with Divisions/Departments in the Company to ensure all activities according to the plan and arising at projects are solved promptly to ensure the quality, progress and compliance with regulations of the Company
- Preside over meetings with PMU, SMU, contractors and partners
- Training, guiding employees to improve knowledge and necessary skill related to the project activities
- Advise the Director of Project Department of professional – related issue to improve the quality and progress of the project.

- BSc/BA degree in Civil and industrial of Construction Engineering, Building Science, .. or another related field
- From 10-year experience in construction field and 05 years experience in managing Level I constructions (high-rise buildings, 5-star hotels, resorts) and working in foreign companies
- Having practice certificate of construction supervision consultancy, project management certificate level 1. Knowledge of technology, construction quality
- Management, leadership, planning, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Use English for business. Priority to candidates who can use Vietnamese or Chinese
- Knowledge of laws, practices and other standards and rules in the construction industry
