Dispute Coordinator

THE ROLE
- Manage all queries/issues pertaining to export/import invoice shipments which include some liaison with customers, internal sales team, shipping agents and principals.
- Ensure delivering a positive customer experience when dealing with external customers
- Ensure smooth working cooperation with all other departments in end-to-end touchpoint process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee & log dispute matters to assure all requests & queries fulfilled
- Ensure all necessary procedures for dispute resolution adhered following best practices
- Close disputes and final notification to customers
- Manage work distribution with meeting KPI and life balance
- Manage daily emails/calls to both internal & external parties for invoice dispute matter
- Dispute resolution/issue credit note/issue invoice (if any)
- Provide data tabulation for management review
- Resolve customer inquiries/concerns effectively & efficiently
- Reallocate to the right resolver (if required)

- Education: College/ Bachelor degree; major in Sea Transportation, Export- Import, International Business, Foreign Trade, International Business,...
- Experiences: over 3 years of working experience in a similar position in a shipping company or Freight Forwarder
- Language: Excellent English communication
- Computer: Good MS Office.
- Skills: Good Problem Solving, Good Communication, Time Management,
- Personalities: Hard-working, Customer Service mindset, Proactive, work well with tight timeline and Attentive to details
