1. Job context
Painting foreman work in Painting workshop (Production department) which currently has 1 manager, few foreman and subordinate workers. The Painting workshop manage painting activities, responsible for quality of their assigned construction projects to ensure the progress.
2. Purpose and scope of job:
-Employee performance
-Finalized cleaning and painting activities
-Ensure the Project progress
-Looking after staff members affairs
-Adhered Rules
3. Activities:
-Make detailed weekly planning.
-Organizing resources (workforce, material, equipment).
-Controlling product quality during production process.
-Supervision of good workmanship by operator
-Supervision of production items
-Managing and care of production materials.
-Co-operation with departments supporting production (HSEQ, QC, Ship coordinator, other workshop, Material coordinator, work preparation, warehouse…).
-Reporting non conformities to Quality engineer or line manager
-Be responsible for activities regarding to planning, budget and delivery time.
-Be responsible for quality of painting job on the board
-Planning, organizing and controlling of the operator’ work.
-Conducting training for worker about production skills.
-Ensuring safety and hygiene in the production line.
-Supervision of abiding the regulations.
