Documentation Executive

- Supervise the import and export
- Create and check all documents relating to export
- Directly support customers: receive booking, book carrier, handle goods to make sure it will follow customers’ plan
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
- Make weekly and monthly report
- Implement all tasks relating to Export
- Check commodity, HS code and C/O
- Contact carrier, sub - contractor to get quotation

- Good knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics, in terms of multimodal transportation (all-water services, inland services, inland trucking legal weight, etc….)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&039;s Degree, Logistics/ Economics/ Foreign Trade/ Transportations or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service attitude and skills.
- Good communications, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
- Possess good qualities, especially Honesty/ Commitment/ Integrity.
- Work independently or team work with high pressure.
