Documentation Staff (Salary 9M - 14M Vnd)

- Deal with the documents independently. Preparing and auditing required documents and must be done in timely and accurate manner;
- Confirm the content of B/L or other contents of customs declaration, input the cargo information into system in time;
- Tracking the shipping status, maintain the good relationship with carrier, warehouse, trucks and other department related;
- Responsible for the customer service, answer the customers’ question about manifest submitting. Solve the problem quickly and efficiently from the consideration of customer side;
- Support the routes operation to finish the daily work. Arrange the documents;
- Input related fees and arrange the invoices;
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

- College degree or above, major in logistics or international trade is preferred;
- Relevant freight forwarding experiences with US & Canada lane experience will be preferred
- Be active, with strong sense of responsibility, be able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and teamwork
