Overall responsibility for Finance and Accounting, and audit functions.
• Continue update on accounting standards and rules, including Crown’s CFAP.
• Management of Net Working Capital, DSO, DPO.
• Interface with external and internal auditors, government and tax authorities, banks.
• Prepare management reports, forecast and budget reports and presentation materials.
• React on sales reductions and production volume shortfall.
• Tax management. Develop policy and procedures on tax planning.
• Liaison with HQ in Singapore and other stakeholders as needed.
• Legal/Insurance management.
• Plan and implement department-level training activities.
• Project work as assigned.
• Financial controls (ensure internal controls are in place to reduce risk of misappropriate, fraud, etc.)
• Partner to the General Director. Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations.
• Responsible for managing debt level.
• Administer collection, maintenance and reporting of accounting data, review and analyze financial reports.
• Develop, install and update accounting and reporting systems, procedures and controls.
• Be involved in and understand the business.
• Overall responsibility for Finance and Accounting and audit functions. Ensure timely submission of month-end result and budget/rolling-forecast.
• Lead, develop and conduct accounting analyses.
• Cost control management.
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets.
• Treasury /Cash management (including cash flow projections).

Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Written and spoken English.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Hyperion and OneStream will be an advantage.
• Independent, meticulous and has good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Công ty cung cấp xe đưa đón từ Q1 (TP.HCM) tới nhà máy tại An Phước, Long Thành.
* Giờ làm việc: 08h00 - 16h30 từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6.
* Được tham gia bảo hiểm sức khỏe PTI.
