[Dong Nai] Internal Auditor (FMCG/ Consumer Electronics/ Manufacturing)

Reporting to the local Head of Strategy and the Group Internal Audit team.
In conjunction with the team and stakeholders, develop and complete an annual work plan that includes Internal Audit, Internal Control Assessment, Quarterly Risk Assessment, monitoring of SOP establishment, Surprise Audit, and other ad-hoc initiatives.
Perform risk assessments and establish audit plans for the areas to be addressed during the planning phase.
To forecast risk trends, develop key risk indicators and execute monthly monitoring.Conduct follow-up audits to verify that holes found during internal audit, internal control, and risk management activities are addressed in a timely manner.Collaborate with various departments to ensure that policies and procedures for critical business processes are in place.
Perform internal audit and internal control initiatives, such as examining the sufficiency and efficacy of controls over operations, financial reporting, asset safeguarding, and regulatory compliance across all of the entity&039;s activities.

Experience in internal audit, internal control, risk management, or assurance for at least 5 years is required.
Ability to think rationally, strong ethical standards, and high levels of integrity are required to adhere to laws and compliance.
Strong understanding of the risk and control concepts
Capable of prioritizing their task while being resilient and calm under duress
Excellent team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Proficiency in English
Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as communication and negotiation capabilities
Experience in the Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries, as well as fundamental understanding of production, sales, and procurement processes, as well as relevant internal controls.
