Tracking key metrics – Glance views, Conversion ratio, SOV, NTB orders
Daily check on keywords performance and competitor price trends
Create advertising plan for prime day deals, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.
Assess Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP)
Launch and monitor social media handles for the brand
Monthly reports on Profitability
Assess the need for vouchers, discounts
Create and re-align assets and product page with brand mission
Track and improve advertising campaign performance – CPC, CTR and ACOS
Budgeting and Forecasts
Target glance views, Conversion ratio
Target SOV
Target Sales
Target ACOS/RAOS
Budgeted advertising spends
Growth Plan - Devise a 3-6-month growth plan for the current products in consultation with internal product leads and advertising team
Shipment – Based on growth plan, coordinate with local production and logistics team for shipment.
Market research and Product launch
Assess profitability with the help of Internal Product leads.
Business model decision
Benchmark proposed product with competitive brands and assign quality scores
Target Country/Region
Target E-commerce platform
Identify potential marketplaces for Olam to launch its own brand SKUs
Negotiating terms with E-commerce sites with respect to margins/commissions
Basis competitive landscape and Olam’s capabilities, determine which categories to target, which products to launch and at what price
Conduct feasibility check based on estimate volumes and competition

- 5 years and above working in branding, online function on both platform and seller side, preferable in FMCG industry.
- Depth knowledge of E-commerce & online marketing tools
- Digital marketing experience is a plus.
- Bachelor of Marking or business field
- Experience on CPC, DSP tracking
