Driver (Lái xe)

1.Provide transportation service in a professional and hospitable manner.

2.Check the vehicle before any journey and make sure it is totally roadworthy and defect-free. With full compliance with traffic laws of local authority.

3.Hotel driver has full responsibility of the cleanliness of hotel vehicle (both internal and external). Maintain fuel and oil levels, tire pressure. Complete inspection checklist as required.

4.Ensure the safety and comfort of guests at the highest level.

5.Coordinate with Concierge and Guest Relations team on guest arrival to the hotel.

6.Stand by for any request if needed.

7.Record and report on all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, theft, missing articles etc.

8.Prepare transportation report on a daily and monthly basis.

9.Perform other tasks assigned by Senior Managers.

1.At least five years of driving experience with luxury hotels and/or resorts in Hanoi and/or Northern region.

2.Valid Driving License, level required by the job, and clean driving record.

3.Extensive knowledge of the tourist attractions and routes in Hanoi and surrounding areas.

4.Basic English communication skills.

5.Professional appearance and attitude at all times.

6.Ability to work flexible time including weekends, holidays and special events.

7.Excellent physical health.
