DYEHOUSE SUPERVISOR (DYEING)

· Implement improvement in term of safety & housekeeping.
· Support Dyehouse manager to manage team and work with other departments to solve and reduce NCs.
· Coordinate with DyeLab team to accomplish Colour Quality/Right First time through trend analysis along with proposals for improvement.
· Work with Dyehouse shift leader and scheduler to ensure that all urgent orders are followed and delivered to customer on time.
· Produce root cause analysis along with proposals to reduce external quality complaints.
· Apply FIFO procedure for chemical room to ensure Stock Take correctly.
· Support Dyehouse manager in managing Dyehouse team, machine, operation safety to ensure Zero accident.
· Arrange Dyehouse labor to reach Dyehouse productivity with acceptable cost.
· Maintain housekeeping to meet standard and policies.
· Create development plan for Dyehouse shift leader and scheduler. Completely follow internal labour regulations including working hours, fingerprint scanning, disciplinary measures…
· Ensure all accidents/incidents and near miss are reported in a timely manner.
· Training Dyehouse team so that they have multi skills.
· Ensure that information (KPIs, new changes…) is communicated thoroughly within the team.
· To assist Dyehouse manager to overview and monitor team disciplines to build the disciplinary working environment…
· Cooperate with Dyhouse Shift Leader to analyse all Fail lots to find the root causes and complete Wrong First Time report (weekly and monthly).
· Achieve LpMpD and Dyehouse Lead Time for all substrate through data analysis to spot opportunities for improvement.
· Make sure discipline & compliance are complied with regulation.
· Assist Dyehouse manager in leading Dyehouse team to achieve targets for Health & Safety.
· Make sure all Dyehouse operators to comply with all relevant standard operating procedures and work instructions.

· To assist Dyehouse manager to complete daily, weekly and monthly reports.
· Have good chemical background
· Basic technical knowledge of dyeing methods, dyestuffs and auxiliary chemicals. Ability to apply Lean Six Sigma Methodology
· Report directly to Dyehouse manager.
· Eager to learn new knowledge. Have good communication skill
· Intermediate English, TOEIC 700 or above. Fluency in speaking and writing is appreciated.
· Be patient
· Fresh graduation. 1-2 year in production managing production team or similar Dyehouse team is preferred.
· Above College graduate

Salary: Up to 1,500 USD
Fix: 13th, Bonus

Shuttle bus from HCM city to Nhon Trach - Dong Nai
Working hour: Mon - Fri ( 2 Saturdays in month) from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
