E-Business Manager

• R&D the solutions as well as market trends need to improve the products for web/app
• Manage/Review in business requirement analysis & change request from business units for Web/App Online Channel
• Perform other tasks given by Advisor & Head of Marketing
• The purpose of Online Channel system is to increase the number of downloads/members/page views of the Lotte Finance app by working with the marketing team and PR team to present the products and technical details of the online channel.
• Manage/Follow/Update issues list of Web/App Online Channel from Business Unit or End User
• Report/Confirm the UAT result after Ebiz team has finished UAT phase
• Training for team members about the business, products, technical matters if neccessary.
• Participate or assign resources for support golive the requirements of Web/App Online Channel
• Prepare testcase UAT and participate/review UAT after IT Planning team has finished to develop the requested information correctly.
• Manage/Review & Assign resource for publising news on Website LOTTE Finance
• Manage/Follow/Review the allocation cost of payment SMS, Email for partners
• Works with the IT Planning Team & Business Units to complete BRD/CR documents to the development teams

• Must have at least 7 to 12 years experience working at banks/finance companies or business analysis/development.
• Have communication skills
• May work independently or as a team
• Ability to resolve/analyze issues
• Bachelor&039;s degree in digital/information technology/other related fields
• Preference those who are fluent in English/Korean
• Can be in charge of pressured tasks
• Familiarize themselves with the service/product/app processes they use for their jobs.
