Our product range includes handwash, sanitizer, wet wipes (under the brand Walch), and laundry detergent pods/capsules (branded as KA and ArFum Fresh Hy). As we continue to expand rapidly, we anticipate introducing additional product categories, such as personal care, to the market in the near future. To support our growth, we are currently seeking the following position:
E- Commerce Executive:
Seeking an independent, dynamic, and well- organized individual.
Demonstrates a can- do attitude and possesses creative thinking skills.
Essential experience in prospecting and developing strong relationships with e- customers.
Comfortable with multitasking and meticulous attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Develop sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue.
Build relationships with e- commerce partners and advise on business strategies.
Monitor sales, forecast margins, and evaluate trends.
Respond to customer inquiries across online platforms.
Set up operations on key e- commerce and social commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada and optionally Tiki).
ONLINE CONTENT
Execute digital marketing initiatives (on- site, social media, SEO, SEM).
Optimize product images, titles, and descriptions.
Implement promotional mechanisms (bundles, discounts, vouchers).
Manage end- to- end e- commerce performance (sales, availability, pricing, content, ranking, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS:
General understanding of supply chain, finance, and branding.
2- 3 years of e- commerce management experience (preferably on Shopee and Lazada).
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing or related fields.
Strong key account management skills.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required
