E-Commerce Executive

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for the development and deployment of the e-commerce activities. They will support coordinate and ensure the efficiency of the marketing department (report, request, customer support, website issues).
- E-business: update website - promotion and development of the web platform, support Ecommerce Region Office for all issues about customer’s account and all issues at Viet Nam
- Fully in charge of Ecasy, Net-working, Paperless OBL, web OBL
- Report to Ecommerce SEA with KPI, handle issues reported by Ecommerce SEA, cooperate with them on new process application
- Be responsible for the development and deployment of the e-commerce activities
- Support the Business Development Manager with more information involved in Business Development
- EDI support: Check EDI booking ref, mapping correct customer account with CMA system
- Works closely with the commercial team of all Vietnam
- Customer Support: Support to coordinate and ensure the efficiency of the marketing department, support customers in system and website issues, follow up on customer account
- Web support: Export-import shipment for all platforms CMA/CNC/ANL/APL

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Above
- Experiences: About 1-year working experience (or at least 6 months of internship) with the same position in a multinational companies
- Skills:

Excellent Communication
Interpersonal skills, time management skills
- Language: Good English communication
- Computer: Good level in MS Office
