E-commerce Intern

Jet Commerce Vietnam opens this opportunity for young people who are interested in E-commerce and have a passion for learning more about how the e-commerce store works and sells from the point of view of the Store Operation Dept. You will be exposed, learn knowledge, practice in various fields:
- Optimizing Seller center of big E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, etc.): policy, function, procedure, suitable way to optimize platform into the listing product, updating price, registering flash-sale, set up promotion tool…
- Improving Sales skills: catch up with new trend on the market and online, flexible apply sale schemes to maximize revenue
- Improving Cooperation & Communication skills: Work in a team, connect with related departments but still can handle task independently
- Running E-commerce campaign effectively: have a specific timeline & prepare all materials to run a campaign, evaluate result by on-time tracking and reporting, find out a case study for the next campaign
- Approaching Operation Execution: make a plan & follow an inbound-outbound process of goods, gifts between 3 parties (Brand – Jet Commerce – Platform), tracking order process from customer finish order to warehouse finish bundle, and delivery to the customer

- Have a personal laptop
- Business mindset, digital agility
- Search and learn new functions of the system, apply technology to approach customers, support customers to buy online
- Sensitive to trending, sales opportunity
- Able to work well in a team as well as individually
- Good attitude and responsibility
- Good in English or Chinese is plus
- Fresh graduate or Final-year student in Business Administrator, Commerce or any Business-related fields
