E-Commerce Manager

Function : Marketing
Working location: Ho Chi Minh Office
Reporting to : Head of E-commerce
The e-commerce industry in Vietnam has witnessed exponential growth in recent years and shopping for FMCG products online has become more popular than ever, especially in our new normal life. We’re finding a talented, passionate, and driven challenge-seeker to join our team to build a legacy of online consumer snacking experience together.
Main responsibilities:
- Merchandising & performance marketing onsite: develop and apply best practices on branded content, build strategy and perform for paid search & sponsored products
- P&L management: be responsible to manage customer P&L by model & by category, budget planning
- Activity planning: develop online activation for channel/ customer initiatives, ensure seamless operations
- Growth leading: set up and drive Market Place model, explore new sources of potential business
- Partnership management: build and maintain strategic partnerships in online ecosystem
- Strategy building: develop customer & channel strategic plan, lead and execute Joint Business Plan with customers

• 5+ years experience in Ecommerce and FMCG
• Entrepreneurship mindset with high resilience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Stakeholder management
• Strong track record of setting up & building business, experience in account management
• Fluency in English
