E-commerce Supervisor

Yves Rocher is looking for E-commerce Supervisor (1 pax for Website and 1 pax for Marketplace) with requirements as below:

- DIGITAL PROJECTS: Follow Brand omnichannel projects with the support of Central and local teams (eg: loyalty program, store locator, online spa appointment, etc...)

- E-COMMERCE PLATFORM: Work in close collaboration with the webmaster on the online operations and improvements of the site requiring UXUI / technical evolutions, identify and take advantage of external tools that can improve the user experience and more generally the e-commerce performance on site

- MARKET INTELLIGENCE: Follow market trends and initiatives, identify relevant cases in SEA and Vietnam, share knowledge and best practices

- E-MERCHANDISING: Supervise the creation and enrichment of the digital product catalog which must reflect our SEO and SEA strategy, coordinate the digital merchandising of products and content as well as the deployment of tools

- DIGITAL COMMUNICATION: Coordinate with the communication team in charge of defining the editorial line and creating content (beauty advice etc.) to improve brand awareness on digital

- REPORTING: Regular reporting of site performance and definition of corrective actions if necessary

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration


• 3/5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or online operation


• Proficient in English.


• Excellent Microsoft Office (EXCEL) skills.


• Knowledge of web technologies and languages: HTML, CSS, Photoshop…


• Knowledge of: Google Analytics / Adwords


• Strong understanding of e-commerce.


• Ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.


• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
