E-COMMERCE PLATFORM:
To manage e-commerce operations and e-commerce marketing campaigns.To work with internal and external partners on campaign setup. To analyze user behavior and campaign data and conduct continuous optimization for e-commerce campaigns.
Work in close collaboration with the webmaster on the online operations and improvements of the site requiring UXUI / technical evolutions, identify and take advantage of external tools that can improve the user experience and more generally the e-commerce performance on site
To conduct competitor analysis and market analysis with good understanding of cosmetic markets. Analyse operation data for improvement, and act to close the gap.

MARKET INTELLIGENCE:
Build and anticipate media actions based on the Brand peak times and seasonality. Supervise clients’ recruitment and online / store traffic generation.
In charge of checking that the website works properly. This includes the regular checking of the key features, the technical basics, the back-office connection and the performances of the website.
Create, administrate and update the permanent content available on the website (advices, tutorials, act beautiful space…) in collaboration with the e-commerce and marketing team.
Monitor SEO evolution on both technical and marketing plans.
Supervise the creation and enrichment of the digital product catalog which must reflect our SEO and SEA strategy, coordinate the digital merchandising of products and content as well as the deployment of tools
Follow market trends and initiatives, identify relevant cases in SEA and Vietnam, share knowledge and best practices
