E-Commerce Team Leader (Product Management, Operation, Customer Service , Fulfillment,???)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Team Leader to join our Startup team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Ecommerce businesses in Vietnam such as Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, and a proven track record of success in product management, customer service, fulfillment, and SEO.

• Development phase:
  - Support the management team in the development of our innovative eCommerce startup for the US market
  - Design the product team, the sourcing team, the fulfillment team and thecustomer service team
  - Involve in all aspects such as concept design, building the team, step into the management role once the team is up and running
• Operating phase: Managing a team.
  - Oversee and manage all aspects of our Ecommerce business including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  - Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and improve search engine optimization (SEO) for our Ecommerce platform.
  - Analyze sales and customer behavior data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of Ecommerce initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in Ecommerce, with a focus on product management, customer service, fulfillment, and SEO.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and act on trends and opportunities.
