Ebusiness cum Media Manager

Support managing & digitalizing HOD business while deliver business target for HOD
Develop strategy & manage La Vie media & digital ecosystem with solid consumers, shoppers & media understandings (including social media and crisis management)
Lead in building team capability in media, ebiz, data, CRM
Lead in updating team in media trends/innovations & maximize the application to brand campaigns
Lead the development & implementation of Ebiz, Data, CRM to deliver the ambition & roadmap for La Vie with continuous learnings & improvements
Supports the development and maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with agencies in order to create engaging, business building activities with media agencies

- Experience in managing signals to interpretate and react (real time analysis of trends and data, filtering, listening, adaptive – shorter lead times based on dynamic environmental changes)
- Have good technical & functional knowledge & working experience in Data, CRM
- Experience in brand / business management is not mandatory but a plus
- Project management skills
- Have similar experience as Digital, Media lead in brand/marketing team or service for brands from agency side.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in leading / implementing media innovation/trends
- Proven track record in delivering complex digital marketing projects
- Strategic vision on digital brand development
