Ecommerce Executive

- Develop and implement business and marketing plans suitable for each e-commerce platform (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo)

- Order management & customer care: advice & answer feedback on products, prices. Handling partners related issues: orders, debts, and other arising issues.

- Regularly check the status of goods, photos, specifications, prices of each floor in charge. Ensure goods information, product images are complete, beautiful, clear and accurate

- Development of partner channels (expanding agreements and signing sales contracts on partner channels and seeking potential markets)

- Collaborate with Marketing staff to expand Horeca channel customers (via online marketing activities such as Facebook, Email, Google).

- Combine with Online Marketing to update and promote information of new products

- Responsible for monthly sales on each e-commerce floor, customers assigned

- Monthly report. Summary of order information and arising figures

- Doing other jobs as assigned by superiors

-  Man and woman over 24 years old. Graduated college, university related subjects

-   Candidate with at least 01 year of experience in an equivalent position in e-commerce or retail

-   Good communication and negotiation skills

-    Ability to work independently, work in teams.

-    Good skill in using MS Office

-    Be careful and meticulous at work

-    Ability to arrange and organize good time management

-    Withstand high work pressure
