Ecommerce Operator - for Red2 Digital Agency

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior E-commerce Operator to manage our Lazada and Shopee stores.
REPORTS TO: Account Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the stores
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage shop and implement Ecommerce activities on the platform
- Take care of customers to ensure that customers have good experience
- Monitor and implement promotional campaign setup
- Monitor and analyze store performance and KPIs
- Handling marketing and promotional activities
- Processing orders and overseeing customer service
- Managing inventory and product listings

- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Ecommerce platform operations (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki…)
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-oriented approach
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee)
- Proven experience as an e-commerce operator or similar role
