Education Consultant - Tư Vấn Viên Du Học

BACKGROUND
We are looking for an Education Consultant with customer service mindset & proactiveness to advise Vietnamese families on independent school opportunities in the UK.
InterGreat Education Group was founded in 2008 to assist students in pursuit of an international education. Since then, InterGreat has developed an ecosystem with transnational education at its core, spanning from international school management, HE partnership programmes and HE local delivery to a portfolio of technology-based online initiatives: K12 English, assessments, exam prep tuition and study-abroad application systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately & timely updating of student applications on the CRM system.
- Communicating with universities via email and phone calls (mainly via email) regarding student admission status and progress and following up on university applications, keeping students posted/ informed on offers/ rejections by the institutions.
- Consulting prospective students and their families about study in the UK: country/ university/ courses/ entry requirements/ application procedures/ visa application and associated issues.
- Translating documents and interpreting at university seminars/ interviews/ exhibitions whenever necessary.
- Collaborating with Marketing team to implement strategies to attract potential students.
- Coordinating with Admissions team to support students during university application and entry visa process.
- Attending training, educational exhibitions of our partnerships.
- Can apply for Education Consultant Team Leader if qualified.

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Ability to work under high pressure and target.
- Having at least 2 years experience in counselling/sales in various industries such as education, study abroad, customer service…
- Demonstrate strong sales, have ability to maintain and widen customers’ relationship.
- Understanding of the study abroad system.
- Bachelor Degree holder (study abroad is an advantage)
- Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English. (equivalent IELTS 6.0), explanation and customer orientation
- Having knowledge about immigration policies and visa processes is an advantage.
