Making sure plant compliance with Vietnam national and local EHS law and regulations and with corporate standards. Make sure the business departments can obtain EHS management professional knowledge and skills. Reduce the potential risks and reduce the occurrence of the accidents.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for governmental and customers requirements pertaining to environmental, safety and health.
- PPE(personal protect equipment) management 。
- Participates actively in developing and implementing activities for the Environmental Management System.
- Plant 5S
- Promote educational activities to promote safety and accident prevention.
- Prepare monthly charts on accidents and recommendations
- Safety walkthrough, risk finding, tracking, finalize
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supervise and manage the safety and environmental protection behaviors of suppliers during the internal construction of the plant.
- Timely follow up the changes of national laws and regulations and adapt to them.
- Perform safety training to employees (evacuation, fire and emergency response simulation).
- Participate actively in internal and external ISO-14001 audits.
- Implement and maintain a handling, rationing and marketing program of sub-products and non hazardous waste

- 2 years of EHS in the manufacturing industry
- Professional degree in environmental, safety and health and related majors
- Knowledge as an EMS ISO 14001 internal auditor.
- Organization abilities./ Khả năng tổ chức
- Have the ability to identify and solve hidden dangers.
- Knowledge of governmental agencies’ legal requirements for environmental, safety and health matters.
