EHS Manager

- Perform other duties as assigned
- Take in charge of external/internal EHS audits and follow up the corrective/preventive actions
- Take part in accident investigation to find the root cause, provide EHS related suggestions for corrective/preventive actions, and follow up
- Establish and maintain EHS management system, keep monitoring to make sure EHS procedures are implemented according to A&E policies and programs
- Participate in EHS related affairs during plant construction to ensure compliance with national and local laws and regulations on safety, environmental, occupational health and fire protection, etc
- Liaise with government agencies on EHS issues
- Provide professional consultation and supports to ensure the operations are conducted in a safe and environmental responsible manner
- Coordinate with each department to perform EHS trainings for new employees, transferred employees and on-the-job employees
- Establish and implement emergency plan of fire, accidents and environment pollution, work with each department to conduct regular drills

- Good communication skills, logical thinking, analytical ability and problem-solving ability
- Bachelor degree in Safety & Environment relevant major
- Working hours: Mon - Fri (7h30 - 16h15)
- Have shuttle bus at HCMC, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa
- Hardworking, strong team consciousness and executive capability
- College/University graduate
- Good English skills
- At least 3-5 years EHS work experience in international company
- Familiar with Vietnamese EHS related laws and regulations
