EHS OfficerUrgent job

1.To set up Company’s safety and procedures as agreed with WTVN management.
2.To ensure that WTVN complies to all government safety regulations according to Vietnamese Laws.
3.To ensure that all safety rules, regulations, fire protection equipment are installed, operational and tested to both Vietnamese law and insurance requirement.
4.To conduct safety awareness training to the appropriate staff to comply with Vietnamese law and also to train departmental teams safety.
5.To set up the Safety Committee.
6.To conduct safety checks, install regarding systems and investigate accidents/incidents and make solutions and preventive proposal.
7.To look after environment and be a key coordinator of any project involving environmental issues.
8.To monitor success of or failure of safety, occupational health and environment and also report it regularly to the supervisor or WTVN management.
9.To take the prompt responsibility of counteraction on every critical emergency case leading the danger or unsafe risk to the Company’s assets and its human resources.
10.To coordinate with Administration team regarding security measure related safety.
11.Must be all time alerted for the risks and Preventive measures by frequent and consistent observation through planning, plant round walking, and inspecting.
12.Need to advise to and get comments closely from line managers and operation colleagues.
13.Serve the Safety Committee to the management.
