EHS Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with related departments to perform the following tasks:

Implement daily inspection for production sections and places where heavy, hazardous or dangerous jobs are carried out;
To work out the annual HSE plan, require and supervise the implementation of the plan; to make risk assessment and emergency plan;
Ensure full distribution of PPE as required.
Organizing the propaganda and dissemination of HSE regulations of the State and GCVN;
To manage the monitoring of the registration and inspection of machines, equipment, supplies and substances subject to strict labor safety and sanitation requirements;
To monitor the situation of injuries and illnesses arising from their occupations; Proposing to factory leaders measures for management and health care.
Training, Instruction on HSE for employees;
Checking the working environment, food safety;
To establish rules, regulations, procedures and measures to ensure labor safety and hygiene, fire and explosion prevention and fighting in the factories;
To complete all HSE Reports as required.
Advise the Employer the measures to prevent accidents.

REQUIREMENTS

Self- confidence to provide training.
Good project HSE management skills.
Familiar and able to apply ISO, Haccp standards and requirements as an advantage.
Good in written and oral communication skills in English.
In good knowledge of the Vietnamese HSE Legislation.
Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial/ manufacturing environment and Minimum 2 years in the area of HSE.
Self- motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess a diploma/ degree in Engineering / Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
Proficient in Ms- Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
