[Ekoios Technology] Project Manager

Job Description
• Attend meetings with clients’ project team for project planning, requirement discussion, design review, testing, issue resolution, etc;
• Ensure the implementation of the project is in accordance with the plan agreed with the customers
• Responsible for managing the entire project in terms of progress, quality, human resources, etc.
• Proactively propose functional treatment options in the project
• Be the focal point to work with the project manager on the client-side and stakeholders to handle the work of the whole project

Job Requirements
• Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate fluently in Japanese / English, experience in working with Japanese/English customers is an advantage.
• Have skills to solve problems that arise,
• Good management skills and leadership skills;
• Ability to manage and supervise many projects simultaneously
• At least 2 years experience in the position of managing IT projects or similar projects.
• Have skills to talk and support teams.
• Have experience in Blockchain industry is an advantage
