Job Purpose
The ability to effectively control and improve the E&A execution of maintenance work to ensure ready of equipment in Brewery with TPM method
Key Activities:
Safety:
- The ability to create and maintain a safe environment for employees, contractors and visitors according to the applicable statutory, HEINEKEN and local regulations, rules, standards and procedures.
Maintenance Processes Management:
- The ability to use performance indicators and deployments to reduce input (e.g. cost, resources) and increase output (e.g. equipment performance, BD, MTBx) of maintenance processes.
- The ability to delegate & Implement the OpCo/Brewery vision, mission and strategy into E&A maintenance strategy, E&A objectives, E&A priorities and targets and to create the commitment to implement it.
- The ability to set up, maintain and optimize the maintenance systems (e.g. CMMS, planning system, visual management) for E&A system, in order to maximize cost-effectiveness of the assets
Maintenance Execution Control:
- The ability to effectively control and improve the E&A execution of maintenance work to extend life time of equipment in brewery with TPM method
Budget Management:
- The ability to ensure E&A spare part availability in a way that maximizes cost effectiveness of the assets (optimizes variable cost, fixed cost, working capital, cost of product out of stock)
- The ability to set up the maintenance budget to execute E&A maintenance, while maximizing the cost effectiveness of the assets (optimizing variable cost, fixed cost, working capital, cost of product out of stock etc.)
Service Level & Capex Management & Resource Planning
- The ability to manage a project by developing an accurate plan, defining clear scope and allocating sufficient resources to achieve specific goals On Time In Full (OTIF) and within budget.
- The ability to define, negotiate and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Service Providers (SPs)
- The ability to translate operational needs into an optimized resource plan (people, materials, process and equipment)
People development
- The ability to build Work Force Planning & development plan for direct reports
Data Management & Digitalization:
- The ability to implement the organization’s digital roadmap, PA&IT & PCD Master plan in compliance with the global requirements of building a digital capability
Management Reporting:
- The ability to produce and report maintenance management data accurately and to effectively communicate it to the relevant stakeholders, in order to facilitate optimal decision making
