Electrical Equipment Engineer/ Kỹ Sư Điện Máy Móc

Essential duties & Responsibilities:
- Be assigned to project, create “Quality control plan” and checkslist for project.
- Collect & get all technical information: DFM, BOM, drawing, datasheet, assembly SOP, customer’s requirement/specification.
- Inspect and record result to checksheet, form.
- Summary, analysis & report for inspection & testing results.
- Make work instruction (WI), guide how to use measuring equipment.
- Make non-conforming report, give solution & inform to relative department.
- Keep in-process inspection data & all non-conforming (issue) into the tracking file/log
- Update the list of documents and internal records (measurement result).
- Review/update the special requirements in the drawings of materials, assembly kit to checklist.
- Use measuring equipment: Oscilloscope, Multimeter, ESD meter …and other related inspection tool/equipment.
- Other assignment as assign from QA Leader/Manager.

1. Education
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation
English 4 skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
2. Experience
Experience at position of Production Engineer/ QA/QC for electrical box, electrical system, machinery or relate field. (Electrical related to construction or light of building is NOT SUITABLE)
At least 03 years of work experience at MNC Manufacturing.
3. Knowledge
Have knowledge of electrical component, ability using electrical measurement equipment/tool (VOM, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, ESD meter...)
Have knowledge about ISO9001, and quality tools.
Have knowledge about electrical safety, electrical box design and assembly, automation line, robot, …
