Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineer

Provide the engineering service to customer, relate to manufacturing Cable ASSY, box build as:
· Upload BOM and Drawing on system. Technical review in ECO process;
· Design and Do reverse engineering on cables ASSY/ box build/ PCBA. Work with schematic in EE position;
· Make costed BOM; check the BOM/DRW to provide quotation;
· Design and Do reverse engineering on 2D/3D software for: cables ASSY, sheet metal/machine parts in ME position;
· Modify the 2D/3D model, Drawing and BOM;
· Provide engineering solutions, communication with customer to resolve the problems;
· Work with MRP system, do ECO, reports in order to update the engineering changes in BOM/DRW. Do daily tasks update;
· Checking mechanical drawing and data sheet, specification of components;
Provide the engineering service to MFG in Viet Nam, relate to manufacturing Cable ASSY, box build as:
· Work with Production team/ QC team/ Inventory team to resolve the technical issues;
· Work with buyer/ supplier to ensure ordered parts meet requirements on drawing;
· Do the same performed tasks as servicing to customer;
Get involved in developing MFG process as:
· Develop the MFG control system to get more productivity;
· Improve the processes relate to Viet Nam MFG and service to customer;
· Make procedure/ process
· Work with developer software to implement the improving ideas.

Knowledge:
· Have knowledge about design and assembly box build as Power supply box, Power distribution box, Control box… in EE position;
· Engineering mindset is obligate;
· Have fundamental knowledge about engineering in overall and mechanical/ electrical/electronic in specify;
· Be able to read and understand the ME/EE drawing, datasheet, spec. of components;
· Bachelor degree in mechanical/ mechatronic/ electrical engineering or related majors;
· Have knowledge about design and manufacturing machine/sheet metal parts in ME position;
Experience and skill:
· Prefer the female or fresh graduated engineer.
· Willing to learn the new things and be able to work over time if required;
· Be able to use EE software as: Auto Cad, Orcad, protues…. in EE position
· Basic MS office level. MS outlook and MS Excel are more important;
· Experience in cable design/ sheet metal part is preferable in ME position;
· Intermediate level in English or higher;
· Team-player and working under pressure;
· Be able to work by email and discuss with customer in meeting;
· Be able to use ME 2D/3D software as: Auto Cad, Solidwork, Creo in ME position;
· Good communication: Exchange and resolve the information effectively in email/meeting/report/presentation;
· Positive and proactive thinking;
· Experience in cable design/ box build design/ electrical and electronic components is preferable in EE position;
· Time management and task controlling skill;
