Electronics Factory Director In Hanoi - Open For Expat

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Take part in company strategic planning and execution for manufacturing operations.
- Drive the factory operation plan and execution to maximize profitability, productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure strong quality management over factory operations.
- Build and enhance factory organization, staffing and employee relations to meet strategic goals.
- Manage factory daily operation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure manufacturing facilities in best condition.
2. REPORTING AND WORK CONDITION
- Report to General Director (CEO
Working location: Work in Hoa Lac Industrial Park, Hanoi.

5. REQUIREMENT
5.1. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering required.
- Good English is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of operation management in electronics manufacturing environment.
5.2. Position Criteria
- Demonstrated ability in strategic process creation and implementation
- Proven record in management and development of Operational Excellence.
- Strong background in goal deployment, strategic planning and building organizational capability.
- Technically proficient in all areas of manufacturing management and quality systems.
- Extensive global experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team.
5.3. Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree
- Experience of managing new electronics manufacturing facilities.
- Significant restructuring program experience
