[Elite Fitness] Sales Manager - Đà Nẵng

Daily update calls/appointment in CMS system as well as daily communication with Sales Director on CASS Calls & Activities
Achieve the weekly and monthly sales target assigned by Sales Director
Maintains accurate records of all membership data, enquiry data, pricings, sales, and activity reports
Prepare action plans for individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Responsible for the performance and development of the assigned club
Creates proposal for sales promotion, incentive program as well as club events to improve revenue of the club
Conduct training for team members about sales skills
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for your team ensuring the attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Proper use of software and internal sales systems including all follow up systems, sales and pricing policies
Provide weekly and monthly feedback to Sales Director regarding Revenue performance on the assigned clubs
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
Coordinate and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive revenue growth
Assist Sales Director in creating sales plan

Willing to work overtime and travel upon request
Fluent in both written and verbal English
Strive for targeted objectives under high pressure
Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
3-4 years of experience in sales management preferably in Recreation/Fitness/ Lifestyle or B2C (Business to Customers) products
University graduate preferably Business Administration, Economics, Trade, Marketing, Sales
