Employee Engagement and Employer Branding Executive

Employee Engagement
- Organizing big ad-hoc events as per instruction & requirement of the leadership team.
- Coordinating corporate projects: INSEE awards, INSEE ambassadors, health and nutrition talks, sport, recognition events….
- Working with PR/Event agencies in assigned tasks to support the cross-functional projects
- Coordinate tracking the employee engagement of the whole company
- Develop and execute initiatives of employee engagement at company level
- Organizing internal events: Event planning & logistic preparation and implement the program as planning
- Tracking and collecting the feedback for improvement.
- Other administrative tasks relating to payment, contract, etc.
Employer Branding
- Participating in recruitment process for Graduate Development Program (GDP) and Junior Engineer Trainee (JET)
- Working with agencies to produce media communication
- Organizing and participating in employer branding events such as: Job Fair, Career Talk, University Event … to enhance INSEE image.
- Develop and execute branding activities for 3 stakeholders ( campus, external workers and internal employee) based on EVP
- Other administrative and logistic tasks

Relevant Experience
- Writing
- 2-3 years experience in same function at the Company of the same scope/size with INSEE
