Monitor and lead the scope of Employee Relation roles: Compliance, Discipline, Employee Relation Engagement activities and communication. 1. HR Engagement activities: - Execute ER activities: Management Conferences, events like: Sports, Canteen, recreation, Year end Party, Family day, outing and activity, event during the year (woman day, children day, birthday etc.) following ideas, plan, budget, content, participant approved, lunches with Management level & Employees. 2. HR Communication - Promote knowledge and common understanding of the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, the Nestlé Code of Business Conduct. - Leading all Communication to Employee (2 Ways communication, global meeting, tea talk, business update...) - Leverage and promotion internal communication to strengthen the engagement across factory - Promote & sharing article, HR-ER activity with other factories. 3. Compliance: - Ensure compliance for all operations at sites regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws. - CARE Implementation and management. - Assist HR Manager to do the internal audit to ensure compliance ( CARE, Nestlé Internal Audit, internal audit,..) - Internal legal consultant on labor issues and responsible for timely information to the HM/FM on employee relation matters. - Conflict Of Interest Management - Maintain and ensure the compliance of Management system/Audits. - Perform task of Compliance Pillar. 4. Disciplinary: - Assist HR Manager in handling disciplinary cases by collecting documents, prepare warning letters, minutes meeting in compliance with Labor Law and company policy, and get the consultation with Corporate Legal when necessary. - Assist HR Manager in handling Employee Grievance in consultant with related one to seek the correction an notification to employee. 5. Others - Facilitates Employee Survey (Nestlé & l,...), working closely with Leadership team on specific action plans, leading focus group process, ensuring ongoing communication and measuring progress to goals. - HR improvement projects - Develop relationships and work proactively with other stakeholders /teams across Nestlé. - Promote knowledge and common understanding of the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, the Nestle Code of Business Conduct and the Nestle Employee Relations Policy with the objective that each employee becomes an ambassador of Nestlé Culture, Values and Principles. - Support other activities in HR team when needed. - Other tasks be assigned by Line Manager
