Employee Relations Specialist

Share and support employees when necessary to improve and create the best working environment.
Maintain the relationship between Departments inside and outside the company effectively.
Organize activities and coordinate with the team to produce communication products.
Resolve conflicts and handle complaints.
Maintains appropriate records related to internal complaints and investigations; coordinates record-keeping with Corporate Compliance, escalating as necessary.
Provides employee and management, coaching and counseling with objectivity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive issues.
Connect with employees, maintain employment policies.
Attend meetings with employees from many Departments inside and outside the company for the purpose of connecting and building relationships with them.
Mainly taking charge of planning and organizing annual activities and events of SEHC how to be interesting, new and successful. Manage to make it attract employees to join in and satisfy.
Serves as a consultant to management on employee coaching & counseling, progressive discipline, investigations and exits related to performance, code of conduct & policy violations.
Manage and develop internal communication channels.

Creative, dynamic, active, actively update information and trends of young people.
Aesthetic and artistic ability is an advantage.
Ability to plan independently, organize and operate the program.
Have teamwork spirit and sociable characteristic.
University Graduated.
Can communicate in English, well organized, planning and process management skill, problem solving skill.
Experience: At least 01 year of experience in HR or Event field.
Capable of hosting or confidently talking to the crowd.
