Engineer II – R&D Knitting Technology

Ensure confidentiality of the company proprietary information.
Responsible for introduction of new knitting glove technology and process technology into the Ansell group.
Responsible for overseeing knitting lab trials, plant trials to develop new products and establish and stabilize processes.
Support in executing, troubleshooting and process improvement of new products and stabilizing new products and processes.
Support all aspects of the research and development of new liners and yarn technology for new product development projects and support improvement of current products.
Responsible for ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of the product history records in accordance with company policies.
Adhering to good safety practices and maintaining good housekeeping in R&D center.
Build good relationship with manufacturing and marketing teams with effective communications.
Support and oversee the preparation of protocols and reports and coordinate with the dipping team for new product development projects.

Education

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point preferred
Good command of Vietnamese and English Preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering / Yarn and Knitting technology

Job Experience

1-2 years of experience in yarn and knitting technology industry (Does not need to be in the glove industry).
Any other textile related knowledge like dyeing, weaving will be an added benefit.
