Engineer – Production (ETO)

Main responsibilities:
Can communicate with expert(s) or vendor on technical issues and solve together with experts if needed.
Analysis cause of all machines and action plan on (A3, DIR, Red tag, action card and other reports...).
Manage a team or group to implement PM/CM/Pdm maintenance for all machines and equipment
Maintaining quality standards of the sterilization process at B. Braun Vietnam in cooperation with relevant departments and according to national laws, applicable standards
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards
Plan for PM schedule yearly/monthly/weekly of all machines and equipment
Improve and maintain quality of maintenance activities by proper work instructions
Control spare part in, out properly to maintain always minimum stock of critical spare parts, then reduce machine breakdown time, increase productivity
Planning and perform validation/requalification for EO Sterilization process
Build SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedure) and conduct with team on the procedures.
Submit (RFQ, PR) to order spare parts and can work will vendors on technical specification to ensure that goods or parts to be ordered correctly.
Manage OCAT (operational and critical analysis) implementation for Sterilization identification, classification, and registration (Spare part management as monitor critical parts to maintain machine is good condition)
Build or revise task list for each machine if needed
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

- Able to manage team or group is an advantage.
- Have knowledge about automation and injection molding machine
- Background in Automation electrical engineering / Electric Engineer
- At least 5-year-working experience in manufacturing field
- Knowledge about SAP PM is optional.
- Good Training Skills.
- Proficient use of English (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
- Good paper job as well as hands-on job.
- Good leadership, good attitude, good teamwork.
