Engineer, Software Quality Android Wear

By joining our team, you will design, plan, and execute test cases for smart watch applications and system software.
WHAT YOU&039;LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Design and execute test cases for smart watch applications, watch faces, and/or the device system software based on Android Wear.
- Contribute to establishing good software requirements.
- Develop automation test cases to execute test plans.
- Participate in the software development activities, including design, requirement analysis and tracing, full testing life cycle.
- Effectively use a defect tracking system and quality assurance tools.
- Review test methods and propose automation test plans for new or updated software projects.

- Experience in running Android Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) is highly preferred.
- Past experience as developer is highly preferred.
- Participate in different phases of the software development life cycle, including testing of integration, function, system, acceptance and regression.
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in in-depth quality engineering or equivalent(4 years for senior level)
- Solid knowledge of software testing, especially Agile Testing
- Must have experience in developing automation test scripts/framework for testing Android apps or system software.
- Good English communications skill is preferable.
- Experience in testing Android Wear watch faces or app is a plus
- Skilled in Android SDK, embedded Linux, Java or Python is a plus.
- Be able to perform individually as well as in a team.
