Engineering Executive (Planning)

- Make sure spare part availability to conduct preventive maintenance
- Receives all work requests (WRs) from the requesting departments, review and screen each WR for system compliance, describes work scope, priority and requested completion dates clearly and practically, provide adequate lead-time and convert to work order to send to discipline engineers for works implementation
- Review and report maintenance cost (material, overtime, resources etc.) for analysis and budget monitoring monthly.
- Monthly provide to all section PM tasks and coordinate with each section Engineers to follow up implementation phase of the Preventive Maintenance, Monthly Plan of all sections from SAP, yearly Master plan, long term maintenance Plan
- In cooporate with production line to arrange maintenance shutdown on time, ensure have no delay maintenance
- Other improvement task: Join TPM support team
- Update yearly PM/Long term maintenance file
- Maintenance performance report: Review, analyze and provide accurate reports on maintenance statistics e.g. manpower utilization, mean time between failure, life cycle etc.
- Follow up backlog list and reschedule properly to recover maintenance plan
- Establish work list and identify task requirement in details of overall execution schedule for daily work/shutdown works.
- Final checking and audit the work orders after completion. Ensure that the accuracy of feedback data such as actual labor, materials and tools, along with failure hierarchy will be filled fully into SAP.

Knowledge:
Education level: University Degree in Mechanical; Instrument; Electrical or similar technical background
Skill:
- To be able to coordinate with maintenance Engineer Executive, Process / Operation engineers and contractors for backlog work orders list reviewing & processing which included generating, approval, planning, execution and completion of all WO on time, ensuring that actual maintenance data are collected, entered accurately.
- English skill: Fluente English in term of Speaking, reading, listening, writing skill.
- Good Microsoft office, MS project
- To know and use the SAP system
- To be able to prepare, compile and issue various reports e.g. status reports, weekly, two weekly plans compliance report and monthly maintenance department report, maintenance performance indices report etc.
- To do planning and Scheduling for Maintenance tasks
- To be able to review, analyze and provide accurate reports on maintenance activities: (Such as manpower utilization, mean time between failures, life cycle cost, Backlog Work Order control system ... etc.)
- To know about Maintenance function; Strategy; Organization; Reliability; Life Cycle asset management. ..
- To be able to review and provide accurate and meaningful maintenance cost reports (material, overtime, resources etc.) for analysis and budget monitoring
- To be able to support for development and establishment of work list, ITB and details of master schedule and overall execution schedule for turnaround and long shutdown works. Identify and recommend all maintenance and turnaround contract requirement.
Attitude:
- Team Work: Good in coordination with other in same department and outside department.
- Desire to learn technical skills, knowledge & experiences in maintenance as well as in planning field
- Willing to work when require. Willing to work Overtime Work or other duties out of scope of work. Fast response.
Experience:
- Experience in MAXIMO; SAP or similar CMMS is an advantage
- Working experience 2 year in the same maintenance planning discipline

Salary is reviewed & adjusted annually plus 13th month salary and KPI bonus
