Engineering Manager

- Plan and manage maintenance program in both mechanical and electrical aspect.
- Manage the engineering department effectively to achive company target of machine break downtime and planned maintenance work and maintenance cost.
-Provide a monthly engineering report.
- Make a long-term maintenance plan.
- Control human resource in engineering department as working effectively and making a training program for engineering department staff.

*** Skills:
- Major: Mechanic/ Electric
- Basic mechanical knowledge about Hydraulic pump, motor, gearbox, transfer equipment ect.
- 5-years experience or more at the same position.
- Planning maintenance and planned maintenance experience.
- Graduated university.
- Safety knowledge and behavior at maintenance work.
- English in good conversation, reading and writing report.
- Coach management skill about maintenance work.
