Engineering Store Team Leader (Quản lý kho Phụ tùng)

Ensure spare parts are available and reliability for the maintenance activities.

Keep tracks to maintain the spare parts stock level to ensure the spare parts are available and in good condition for maintenance activities.
Maintain and manage all Spare part activities to ensure all spare parts are controlled and updated.
Run maintenance expense report for budget tracking and maintenance analysis for improvement purpose.
Incorporate with Maintenance Planner and Maintenance team to organize and plan spare part, maintenance service for maintenance activities.
Drive and manage team to comply with properties management policies.
Manage team to adequate provide spare parts for maintenance activities planning.
Manage and control the technical specification information of spare parts for tracking, maintenance activities and ordering.

Plan and organize team activities to meet company business goals.

Build, standardize and maintain spare part information on SAP system.
Implement the 5S program for spare part store to keep the store in clean and tidy.
Ensure 100% spare parts with tag name.
Design store mapping and bin location for spare parts for spare parts management and serve timely.
Update spare pare information, location for any changes following SOP.
Keep track and control spare part inventory.
Drive team to ensure the operational comply with Spare Part Store procedure.
Incorporate with Finance team to do the variance adjustment.
Incorporate with Finance team for the stock count and organize team to carry out the cycle count as planned.

Organization and people development

Implement training program to improve staff skill for operational by OPL tool.
Do refresh training of operation guide, policies for staff ensure the operation complies with company requirement.
Enhance and develop staffs by training, coaching to provide skill and knowledge to meet company goals.

Qualifications

University graduated major in Mechanical or Electrical Industrial.
English level B.

Experience

1-2 year’ experience in SAP using for spare part management.
2-3 years’ experience in spare part store management
1-2 years’ experience in operation and repair industrial equipment
