Engineering Supervisor (Mechanical Foreman)

- Respond immediately to rectify or troubleshoot all mechanical equipment problems in emergency case.
- Support Engineer to ensure that all maintenance tasks are to enhance system performance and reliability according to the standards\specification and follow all safety rules by preparing and strictly follow the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) , WI, task procedures. ..etc..
- Diagnose and troubleshoot all mechanical problems and prepare action plan to rectify the problems.
- Provide supervision for contract and vendor staff on procedures, safe working practices, and permit guidance and in depth plant familiarity.
- Recommend spare parts and material for all mechanical equipment to Engineer for direct use or stock.
- Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the Mechanical works from Mech. WO conforms to all relevant specifications and standards and these works are performed according to applicable procedures and instructions.
- Responsible to highlight all the requirement for the Permit to Work which based on Job Safety Analysis for all Mechanical Maintenance works ( By own and Contractor) and to be fully conversant with the permit to work and JSA system .
- Supervise and/or carry out maintenance tasks and condition based maintenance, inspection, faultfinding, plant modification, testing of all mechanical equipment (rotating equipment, static equipment, piping system).
- Control of all mechanical tools, equipment, machinery and others in Maintenance workshop by maintaining proper function, records and inventory.
- Lead the mechanical team to carry out maintenance at site in daily maintenance activities
- Responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner.

+ Maintain own skills by training and contribute to the OJT training of other team members.
+ Participate in the Emergency Response organization according to the Emergency Response Plan.

Knowledge:
Education level: Minimum from Degree Mechanical College above"
Skill:
- To have knowledge of principles of measuring tools and measuring method.
- To read assembling drawings of the machine partly and wholly, the pipeline drawings, Isometric drawings, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams
- To have knowledge of principle of rotating equipment suchas centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pump, compressors, valves, and static equipment such as piping, colume; heat exchangers … etc..
- To be able to check, inspect and assess the status of all Mechanical equipments accurately base on the standards
- To create independently the WI, SOP, JSA of removal, installation, maintenance of the common mechanical equipments available at Plant.
- Reviews work requests to determine / assigned personnel requirements, receive / procures materials necessary, ensures tools and equipment are available, and establishes a schedule to complete the work within acceptable time and quality parameters.
- To be Able to use Mechanical measuring tools for trouble shooting such as vibration, thicknees tool
- To have knowledge of maintenance method, be able to analyze and evaluate the situation of mechanical equipments in Plant
- Support data and make the report of Mechanical equipment and system issues during installing, repairing and maintenance jobs
- To classify the periodic repairs for the parts of machine which worn out and corrupted when assembling. Discover the damages type of equipments and recommend the engineer for repair correctly and properly.
- In advance to repair all unexpected damages during operating of equipment, repair all parts worn out and broken- down (Weld; polish, cutting.. Etc. for Mechanical equipments
- To understand well all of the procedures of the removal, installation, maintenance the common rotating & static equipments
- English skill: Able to read and understand WI, WP
- To dismantle and assembly, install, readjust properly the static equipments and rotating equipments at site such as tank, vessel , drum, pipeline, fan, pump, valve, Mechanical Seals, .. Etc.. follow standard.
- To have knowledge of analysis safety working condition
- To analyze / assess the main causes of accuracy / performance reduction of mechanical equipments and propose methods to lengthen equipment&039;s longevity (Operation; maintenance; inspection and periodic / predictive service and repair)….
Attitue:
- Willing to work when require. Willing to work Overtime Work or other duties out of scope of work. Fast response.
- Team Work: Good in coordination with other in same department and outside department.
- Desire to learn technical skills, knowledge & experiences in maintenance as well as in planning field"
Experience:
At least 2 years experience as the same mechanical field in term of rotating ans static equipment.
Having experience of working in the Oil and Gas field shall be prefer as an advantage"

Salary is reviewed & adjusted annually plus 13th month salary and KPI bonus
