Ecom365 is looking for an ERP/CRM Specialist !

• In charge of implementing and delivering our solution (ERP, CRM) to businesses.
• Working with clients and technical team to cater for our client’s needs.
• Provide expert advice to help clients achieve digital transformation of their processes and operations.
• In charge of and be responsible for the delivery timeline of each client
• Support, investigate and manage end-user requests
