E&S Manager

•Developing ESMS of Nafoods;
•Developing and implementing sustainable commitments in the main supply chain
•Managing GLOBAL GAP certification needs of suppliers, Nafoods and other partners
-This position responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs and requires a high level of commitment and dedication to the Safety, Health, Environment, Security
- Experience in coordinating and managing of HSSE function and activities with behavior based programs and concepts, training, injury case management, program development, personnel management, leadership development, supervisor engagement, client interaction, management counsel, injury care, and other HSSE experience that may not be listed here.
- Review and update institutional HSSE policies and conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measure, actively seek and correct the gaps between good safety performance and great safety performance
- To continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness and knowledge across the organization to coordinate training programs for employees. Positively influence all stakeholders by action, belief and conviction in the human system of safety management.
- Improve performance by setting an example of no compromise safety excellence,
Core Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
Plan, monitor and implement HSSE Policy, Objectives, management program, Operating Management Systems (OMS) and relevant Group Standards.

- Male - Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar position and functions in multinational company
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or other technical field;
- Good command of all Vietnamese and English skills;
- Good analytical, training & organizing skill;
- Experience in the professional field of Health, Safety & Environment in Construction or M&E industry;
- Confident in dealing with related Health, Safety & Environment matters.
- Certifications like ISO / SHE / ESAP, management experiences about Global gab.
- Having ability to have business trip
- Having experiences working in companies in the field of agriculture
- Working at office in Binh Thanh District and companies’ office system
