ESG Manager

- Salary range: (according to experience and ability)
- Vietnamese: 40M – 50M VND/month
- Work place: Hai Duong, Tu ky
- Chinese: RMB 15,000 – 20,000
To develop and implement ESG management system in our Group to manage the sub- divisions (production plants). Specific works includes, but not limited to, the followings key tasks:
− Supervision of the implementation of all applicable statutory regulations and internal procedures and policies;
− Management and archive of internal documents of the company;
− Preparation and review of ESG policies and procedures;
− Handling different customers or regulatory bodies in compliance aspects;
− Compliance training for management personnel and employee of other departments;
To act as the most updated knowledge base for ESG;
To provide risk assessment;
To formulate and execute improvement plan about ESG in the Group;

- College level or above of engineering specialties;
- Knowledge of compliance, including IETP, RBA, ISO 14001 and etc.;
- Certificate of ISO 45001 is a must;
- A strong knowledge of QCVN/TCVN about safety.
- At least 03 year of experience working in the field of business and production of the establishment; Minimum 05 years of experience in compliance/audit work;
*** Language and computer skills:
- Microsoft Office, email
- Intermediate English writing skill
- Intermediate Chinese oral communication
