Why Esquel Management Trainee Program (MTP)
Esquel’s Management Trainee (MT) program is designed to seek and bring into the organization a continuous flow of high qualified employees who can grow to top management level and possess the willingness to manage future business challenges of Esquel.
Talents selected will get a first-hand experience of the whole garment manufacturing process and have chances to unlock their fullest potential on an accelerated pathway by working with our diverse and experienced professionals while embarking on cross-functional job rotations across key departments and different factories in Vietnam and other countries.
CHOOSE GOOD FABRICS with open bloc for Esquel MTP 2020:

• Logistics bloc
• Production bloc (including Quality Assurance)
• Engineering

EMBROIDER YOUR TALENTS with a clear and detailed roadmap:

• 1 month of induction training on the company’s culture, strategy and structure.
• 12 months of hands on, in-field training and rotation in target bloc. MTs will be shadowed and coached by Senior Management
• 12 months of leadership development by being leader and supervising a team within the target destination bloc.
• 6 months of exposure or international rotation. MTs will lead a process improvement project in the operations. Clear deliverables and feedbacks on your performance will be given to you.
• After 2,5 years, MT will be developed to the Assistant Manager position.

Participant profile requirements:

• Fresh or not more than 24 months of working experience
• Grade-Point Average from 6.5/10 equivalent 2.3/4
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Background requirement corresponding to each bloc:

- Production (including Quality Assurance): Engineering, Chemical, Textile & Garment, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Business, …
- Logistics: Supply chain, Economics, Finance/Accounting, Business, Engineering, …
- Engineering: Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, …
Selection process

• 1st Round - Application & Screening: 10 Apr – 25 Jun 2020
• 2nd Round - Aptitude Test: 1 Jul – 6 Jul 2020
• 3rd Round - Assessment Day: 14 Jul – 20 Jul 2020
• 4th Round - Panel interview: 16 Jul – 22 Jul 2020
