JOB DESCRIPTION



(*) JOB SUMMARIES: 


This position is responsible for executing innovative approaches to candidate sourcing, data hunting and mapping to support the ESS front office activities.


(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES: 


1. Candidate Search: 


  • Perform junior to middle level candidate searches by self (database, Internet, cold calling).

  • Source candidates for particularly challenging roles and larger projects

  • Build expert expertise in using multiple and often unconventional candidate sourcing channels through the guidance of Research supervisor and industry team leaders.

  • Be proactive in using better sourcing approaches and strictly follow the timelines to ensure the high and consistent quality delivery to the Front office team.

  • Implement appropriate methods to attract applicants (e.g. posting ads, sourcing candidates on the Internet, cold calling and direct approaching the prospect candidates.)

  • Explore multiple resources through research of alternative channels of locating candidates. (e.g. Colleges / Universities, Alumni Networks, relevant professional organizations, etc.)

  • Approach and attract applicants for existing and future assignments. This involves getting lists of target candidates by directly approaching target companies pretending a different purpose

2. Mapping project by industry: 


  • Participate in projects to attract target groups of candidates or how to raise company profile with candidates

  • Work with team leaders to define functions or industries whose candidate pool need improving for prompt actions/solutions

  • Coordinate specific talent mapping projects with industry team leaders

  • Interact closely with Team Leaders and consultants to understand client requirements and where necessary support front office in how to advise client on market realities

3. Update of new arrivals and prospective clients via different sources:


  • Do market research for new foreign investments in VN as needed to support front office sales

  • Track advertised jobs, identify business leads, research company information and report findings to consultants.

4. Candidate Screening:


  •  Identify suitable candidates through basic phone-screening as required

  • Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentation.

5. Database update & reports: 


  • Ensure all information be updated in database promptly after the information searching and hunting

  • Handle additional responsibilities as requested by consultants and management

6. Work with Team leaders and consultants if any ad-hoc projects:


  • Work with team leaders to define functions or industries whose candidate pool need improving for prompt actions/solutions

  • Handle additional responsibilities as requested by consultants and management.

JOB REQUIREMENT



(*) QUALIFICATION & PERSONAL SPECIFICATION: 


1. Qualification:


Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or a business-related field


2. Experience: 


Essential:  1-2 years working experience in Researching or related fields


3. Abilities/Skill: 


  • Excellent data searching and mining skills

  • Good lateral thinking ability

  • Be active and creative

  • Comfortable networking with others

  • Good people skill

  • Has good ability to assess strength and weakness of others

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

  • Proficient in MS office.

  • Strong teamwork oriented and ability to support the teams

  • Willingness to learn

  • Helpful and supportive
