Responsible for the service of Food & Beverage in a friendly and courteous manner. Always strive to obtain the maximum efficiency and promote teamwork between all associates. Observe and enforce objectives, policies, standards and procedures.
Event Operation Employees will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
Additional responsibilities include; assisting with the setting up of all the furniture and equipment required for functions.
Become totally familiar with the Sales Gallery Standards & Procedures and follow them accordingly, including opening and closing procedures.
Be pro-actively involved in the Sales Gallery’s operation keeping up-to-date with any events, embracing new concepts and actively improving work methods and structures.
Responsible for pre-service preparation to the specified standard.
Always relay customer complaints, regardless of how small, to the Manager or Assistant Manager on duty.
Show due care of all equipment including linen.
Ensure that your work area is kept clean at all times.
Understand the responsibilities of the other stations and departments (kitchen, stewards, bar) and co-operate with them. Remember, you are part of a team, so take pride in your team’s performance.
Understand and adhere to relevant workplace health and safety standards. Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related Masterise Homes Policies.
Knowledge of the individual menu items including basic ingredients and the method of preparation.
Serve all food & beverage in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in accordance with the grooming policy, paying particular attention to personal hygiene.
Complete time sheet at the conclusion of each shift according to standards and procedures, ensuring accurate reflection of hours worked.
Maintain a flexible and willing attitude.
Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates
Polish all silverware, glassware and cutlery when necessary.
Undertake additional duties as requested by the Management team.
Attend and comprehend all information discussed at the pre and post service briefing sessions.
Whenever a guest asks for service, although they may be in another section, be helpful and answer in the affirmative. See that the request is filled, either by relaying to other staff on that station, or doing it yourself.
Understand and follow the procedures for correct service of beverages, and be knowledgeable of all drinks.
Align working practices and conduct with company’ Vision; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests.

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduated from College and upper in major of Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Social Activities or equivalent professional expertise.
Knowledge of real estate in Luxury segment.
Quick handling situations and propose solutions for arising problems.
Knowledge of CRM system, measurement of service quality.
Experience in Food & Beverage service.
Other additional qualifications of Customer Service management is highly preferred.
Good analytic operating procedures.
Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
