Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent services to accounts and be able to manage projects that exceed client’s needs and requirements.

Business Development
Directly responsible for the department&039;s business results and objectives.
Based on the company&039;s annual business strategy and objectives, developing business plans to drive the Account Department to achieve the goals and business strategies set out.
Continuously enriching potential customer source to be proactive in controlling targeted revenue and keep the business growing up.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers to capture demand, creating opportunities for long-term cooperation.
* Client management
Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
Responsible for day to day dealings with clients.
Plan to reach out and connect to potential customers; build up specific strategies to gain and maintain the current customers
Develop and present concept & plan at client pitch to win new customers and keep existing ones
Understand clients&039; business and work with related teams to generate new ideas for proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations.
* Project management
Pro-actively advise clients on the best solutions for successful project management and implementation.
Take responsibility for the overall project management from start to finish to ensure the business result and project benefit
Work closely with operation, creative, design and related units to deliver client requirements on time.
Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable
* Team management
Leading a team/group to run projects.
Keep Management Team updated with Competitors activities
Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team. Sharpen company culture together with management team
Report to Managing Director on a weekly basis
Recruit, guide, coach and manage team members assigned to ensure that they serve clients professionally and speedily
Allocate works to maximize the potentials of all members. Coach & supervise the team to ensure quality end-results.
